Prepare the drink
Dissolve INSTICK Tropical in the water and mix well.

Add lime
Add a little lime pulp if desired and stir.

Freeze
Pour into ice pop moulds and freeze until completely solid.

Unmould and serve
Run the moulds briefly under warm water, gently release the ice pops and serve.
