Tiramisu without sugar with INSTICK

Dissolve one INSTICK Eiskaffee stick in 500 ml of milk. Set aside.
Whisk together mascarpone, low-fat cottage cheese, and one INSTICK Eiskaffee stick. Add a bit of the coffee milk mixture to the cream to achieve a smoother, more creamy consistency.
Pour the coffee milk mixture into a deep plate. Dip each ladyfinger in the mixture, breaking them into 3 pieces, and place them in a glass as the first layer.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cream on top and smooth it out.
Repeat steps 3 and 4. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the ladyfingers to soften.
Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with crushed ladyfingers on top of the mousse.
